Part Time Flex Sales Associate
About The Position
Pandora is the world's largest jewelry brand, and as a Flex Sales Associate, you will be the ultimate Pandora Fan. You will be responsible for delivering a world-class experience, surpassing sales goals, and continually finding innovative ways to engage and attract our fans (customers). This Part-Time Flex role is designed to fit your lifestyle, where you will jump in when it matters most (peak hours) to deliver incredible fan experiences and support store operations. Our fans will feel your passion when you share product knowledge and inspire them to style their jewellery, giving a voice to people’s loves. Peak hours are defined as evenings, weekends, holidays, and other high-traffic periods such as promotions or product launches. This role requires a flexible schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays, and may involve standing for extended periods, the ability to lift 50+ pounds, and timely arrival to work. The schedule can vary from 4 hours per month during slower periods to approximately 12 hours per week in peak seasons, providing reliable support during high-traffic times, special events, or when additional coverage is needed.
Requirements
- Results-oriented seller.
- Care in communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to charm and captivate an audience with the ability to connect with people at all levels.
- At least 18 years or older.
- Provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
- Flexible work schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
