Requirements
- You have at least 1 year of experience in retail, hospitality, or a customer-facing role
- People describe you as warm, attentive, and easy to talk to
- You enjoy learning and take pride in becoming genuinely knowledgeable
- You're organized, reliable, and comfortable with basic technology
- You want work that feels meaningful - not just a paycheck
Nice To Haves
- No jewelry experience required. We've trained people from all backgrounds into confident sales consultants. What we can't teach is genuine care for people - that has to come from you.
Responsibilities
- Welcome clients into our showroom and get to know what they're looking for
- Guide guests through our collections - from $100 to $100,000 - with patience and care
- Build lasting client relationships through follow-up and personalized attention
- Learn fine jewelry and gemstones (we teach you everything - no prior experience needed)
- Support daily store operations as a true team player
