Part Time Flex Sales Associate
About The Position
The Part-Time Flex Sales Associate at Pandora’s Mall of San Juan store supports customers and store operations, with availability focused on peak business periods. The associate delivers a world-class shopping experience, works toward sales goals, shares product knowledge, and helps customers style jewellery. Scheduling varies with business needs and may include periods with few or no scheduled hours, balanced by greater availability during peak times. The role may involve working anywhere from 4 hours per month during slower periods to approximately 12 hours per week in peak seasons. An assessment will be emailed after the application is submitted.
Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to sell with a results-oriented approach.
- Care in written and verbal communication.
- Ability to connect with people at all levels of the organization.
- At least 18 years of age and able to provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
- Availability for a flexible schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift more than 50 pounds, and arrive at work on time.
