About The Position

The Riddle’s Group Inc is hiring a Sales Associate for its Manhattan, Kansas store. The role focuses on providing excellent customer service and supporting a collaborative retail team in jewelry sales. Prior retail sales experience is a plus, but not required; the company provides a comprehensive training program covering jewelry sales and sales techniques. The position also includes store upkeep and operational tasks. Work is in person, and employees may be scheduled for any combination of weekdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers properly and promptly.
• Work with customers and management to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Apply knowledge of minor watch repairs.
• Complete sales paperwork, including warranties and guarantees.
• Use and secure the till properly.
• Clean showcases and check inventory.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.
