About The Position
Pandora is seeking a Part-Time Flex Sales Associate for their Lehigh Valley Mall location. This role is designed to fit your lifestyle, requiring you to work during peak hours (evenings, weekends, holidays, and high-traffic periods) to deliver exceptional customer experiences and support store operations. As a Pandora Fan, you will be responsible for surpassing sales goals, engaging customers, and sharing product knowledge to inspire them. The position involves a flexible schedule, potentially ranging from 4 hours per month during slower periods to approximately 12 hours per week during peak seasons. You will be expected to provide reliable support during high-traffic times, special events, or when additional coverage is needed. This role requires a results-oriented seller with strong communication skills, the ability to connect with people, and a willingness to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays. Physical requirements include standing for extended periods and the ability to lift 50+ pounds.
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years or older.
