About The Position

Chico’s is seeking a Sales Associate to provide a welcoming, customer-centered experience that reflects the company’s culture of hospitality. The role involves building genuine customer connections, sharing product knowledge, and delivering personalized service while helping create a seamless omnichannel experience. The Sales Associate also supports store performance, merchandising, inventory replenishment, and the upkeep of an inspiring store environment. This is a regular part-time position at the Tanger Outlet Center at the Arches in Deer Park, New York.

Requirements

• Team-player mindset with a high level of ownership and initiative.
• Ability to quickly learn new processes and tools.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Minimum age of 16 in AZ, GA, ID, IL, KS, MS, MO, MT, ND, NV, OK, SD, TX, UT, and VA; minimum age of 18 in all other states.
• Ability to bend, reach, and stretch for products; move around the sales floor and stockroom; operate the register; and lift or carry up to 50 pounds.
