About The Position
The Sales Associate represents Calvin Klein on the sales floor, delivering a high-quality customer experience that reflects the brand’s minimalist and sensual point of view. The role contributes to the store’s business, maintains brand standards and visuals, and completes behind-the-scenes tasks to help the store run smoothly under the guidance of the Store Management team. Associates welcome customers, build conversation and brand connection, share knowledge of the brand and its fashion, and support store operations through processing, restocking and cashiering. The role calls for teamwork, inclusion, enthusiasm and pride in serving customers.
Requirements

- Ability to carry up to 20 pounds.

Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and create engaging interactions that inspire sales and build a connection to the brand.
- Represent Calvin Klein and share knowledge of its fashion with customers.
- Process merchandise, restock, cashier and perform other sales-floor tasks in alignment with brand standards and visual direction.
- Support the store’s business and help maintain store operations under the guidance of the Store Management team.
- Demonstrate commitment, enthusiasm, inclusion and teamwork.
