Frankies Bikinis is a female-led lifestyle brand recognized for its on-trend designs, innovative fabrics, and inclusive styles for people of all sizes to feel confident and beautiful. Founded by mother-daughter duo Mimi and Francesca Aiello in their Malibu home in 2012, the brand has since grown into an internationally recognized company. Their journey has included collaborations with iconic women such as Pamela Anderson, Sydney Sweeney, Gigi Hadid, Naomi Osaka, Hailee Steinfeld, and Sofia Richie. From swimwear to ready-to-wear clothing, knits, and activewear, Francesca has expanded Frankies Bikinis' offerings to include a wide range of ultra-flattering, feminine styles.

We are committed to finding exceptional talent to represent our Frankies Bikinis boutique in Boston. We are seeking dynamic Seasonal Part-Time Sales Associates who are passionate about delivering outstanding in-store experiences, driving customer satisfaction, and fostering meaningful brand connections. The ideal candidate excels at creating positive, lasting customer interactions while building brand loyalty. They thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment, adeptly balancing multiple priorities and consistently putting the customer first. Key responsibilities include supporting sales initiatives, enhancing team and customer engagement, maintaining visual and operational standards, and contributing to the overall success of the store. This role may include opening and closing responsibilities and the potential for keyholder duties. As part of the Leap platform, this individual will have the unique opportunity to support other brands in our portfolio through new store openings, activations, and coverage needs. Familiarity with emerging retail technologies such as Shopify, Endear, Slack, and Google Workspace is a strong advantage.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• A background in retail, luxury retail, or high-touch client-facing roles, demonstrating expertise in premium customer service, brand representation, and building relationships with discerning clients.
• Flexible and adaptable to meet business needs, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays, showcasing a commitment to operational excellence.
• Maintain an active presence on the sales floor, with energy and focus while standing, walking, using ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds to meet business demands and deliver an elevated customer experience.
• Customer-Centric & Hospitality-Driven- seeks to create genuine and authentic connections, anticipates needs and possesses exceptional selling skills.
