About The Position

ACE Cash Express is seeking energetic, personable, sales-oriented Sales Associates. The role combines hourly pay with bonus incentives and centers on customer service, sales, and supporting successful store operations. Associates work independently while taking accountability for overall store performance, collaborate with teammates, and build trusted relationships with customers, partners, and colleagues. ACE describes opportunities for on-the-job learning, development, and career advancement.

Associates learn customers’ needs and recommend appropriate ACE products and services. Depending on the store, services may include cash handling, check cashing, lending, bill pay, and card services. The position requires accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with industry regulations and safety guidelines.

Travel is primarily local and may involve visiting more than one store in a day when necessary. The position requires standing for extended periods and may require working 10–12 hours in a confined work area, subject to state labor laws. Occasional lifting or moving of up to 25 pounds may be required.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to listen actively, communicate effectively, and empathize with customers.
• Ability to work independently and embrace accountability for store performance.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and to sit, walk, reach, stoop, and bend.
• Ability to see clearly at close and distant ranges and adjust focus as needed.
• Ability to work 10–12 hours in a confined work area, subject to state-specific labor laws.
• Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.

Nice To Haves

• Two or more years of retail experience.
• Proficiency in Spanish is welcomed in most markets.
