About The Position

This role is for a Part-Time Sales Associate at Cosmoprof in Lake Oswego. The position involves building customer relationships, recommending products, informing customers about promotions, setting up displays, arranging merchandise, and ensuring customers are enrolled in the Loyalty program. The associate will also complete transactions, maintain a professional store environment, communicate inventory issues, and demonstrate company culture values. The company offers a range of working schedules and hours to suit everyone’s needs.

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent
Must be 18 years of age or older
1 + years retail sales/customer service experience preferred
Must be available to meet the scheduling needs of the business
Able to communicate with customers, co-workers and management in a clear and concise manner
Ability to execute knowledge from product knowledge training to support with customer service
Can read and explain product labels
Can follow direction and perform other duties as assigned by Manager

Responsibilities

Build relationships and inspire loyalty.
Recommend additional and complimentary products.
Inform customers of current promotions and events.
Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise to highlight sales and promotional events.
Ensure our customers are informed about and enrolled in our Loyalty program.
Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.
