As a Sales Associate, you represent Von Maur and contribute to its reputation as America’s Leading Department Store. You help make a lasting impression on customers’ shopping experiences by providing service, developing customer relationships, and supporting sales goals.
Responsibilities
- Own the customer experience by sincerely greeting customers, being friendly, and thanking every customer.
- Develop relationships to grow your business.
- Highlight product knowledge and store services to create the best customer experience.
- Ring POS transactions and key account information.
- Maintain a visually appealing and clean department.
- Achieve individual sales and account goals.
- Be available to work day, evening, and weekend shifts.
