About The Position
Retail Sales Associates at Helzberg Diamonds are responsible for consistently achieving individual sales goals to support store sales and profit objectives while providing superior customer service. Associates generate sales, explain extended warranty features and benefits, develop business through clienteling, and deliver compelling sales presentations based on company training. They work with teammates to address customer objections and close additional sales, provide outstanding service to every guest, and participate in store operations, including merchandising, displays, and maintenance.
Requirements
- Proven history of selling in a commission environment.
- Superior communication skills.
- High internal motivation.
- Flexibility to work with a variety of personalities.
- One to three years of jewelry retail experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Responsibilities
- Generate sales to exceed personal sales goals.
- Explain the features and benefits of extended warranties to increase sales.
- Create business through various clienteling methods.
- Provide compelling sales presentations based on sales training.
- Involve fellow teammates in sales presentations to overcome customer objections and close additional sales.
