The Sales Associate is a key member of the customer service team, creating memorable customer experiences through upbeat energy, storytelling, and authentic engagement. The role requires in-depth product knowledge and expertise in sustainable fashion and personal style, along with the ability to provide seamless service across retail stores and ecommerce platforms. Sales Associates contribute to brand advocacy and achieve personal sales and performance results while embodying Faherty’s values.

Requirements

Experience in a similar role or scope.
Omnichannel awareness and ability to deliver a seamless customer experience between retail stores and ecommerce platforms.
Comfort with technology and apps.
Strong communication skills across a variety of platforms.
A proven record of achieving personal results in a retail business, including consistently outpacing sales and performance goals.
Passion for contributing to a purpose-driven brand and demonstrating advocacy through business.
Ability to work during business hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to bend, reach, stretch, lift, carry, and move at least 40 pounds.
Comfort climbing ladders, moving around regularly, and standing for extended periods.
Ability to build relationships, learn from mistakes, work resourcefully, ask questions, respond to problems with solutions, follow through on commitments, and accept feedback.
