Seasonal Sales Associate
About The Position
The Seasonal Sales Associate helps create a signature experience for every guest visiting a LEGO® store. The role includes greeting guests, carrying out cash register functions, maintaining an engaging and professional manner, and supporting store operations. Associates help keep the store clean, safe, and visually stimulating; maintain displays and follow LEGO® Brand Retail visual standards; and assist with receiving merchandise and maintaining the stockroom. They also resolve customer issues, report challenging situations to a manager, engage with customers, and use promotional materials and loyalty programs.
Responsibilities
- Greet every guest and provide a professional, gracious, friendly, and engaging experience.
- Perform cash register functions.
- Perform daily cleaning duties and maintain store displays in accordance with LEGO® Brand Retail visual standards.
- Assist with receiving merchandise and maintain the stockroom to LEGO® Brand Retail standards.
- Follow safety regulations and notify management of potential shortage situations.
- Resolve customer issues and report challenging situations to a manager.
- Engage with customers and use promotional materials and loyalty programs.
- Typically, take responsibility for store operational tasks while on duty.
