Orangetheory Fitness is seeking energetic, outgoing, and passionate Sales Associates to join their team. This role involves creating a positive and motivating experience for members, introducing prospective members to the Orangetheory experience, leading studio tours, assisting guests with their workout experience, connecting people with membership options, following up with prospective members, participating in community outreach, and maintaining a clean studio environment. - Help first-time guests navigate their workout experience from start to finish.
- Connect people with membership options that fit their needs while helping the studio grow.
- Follow up with prospective members and help them take the first step toward their fitness goals.
- Participate in local events, marketing activities, and outreach opportunities.
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for everyone.
