About The Position
Pandora is the world's largest jewelry brand, and as a Flex Sales Associate, you will be the ultimate Pandora Fan. You will be responsible for delivering a world-class experience, surpassing sales goals, and continually finding innovative ways to engage and attract our fans (customers). This Part-Time Flex role is designed to fit your lifestyle, where you will support store operations and deliver incredible fan experiences during peak hours, which include evenings, weekends, holidays, and other high-traffic periods such as promotions or product launches. You will share product knowledge, inspire customers to style their jewelry, and create an unforgettable shopping moment that exceeds expectations. You will also uphold merchandising and retail operational standards. This role requires comfort working a schedule that varies with business needs, including periods with few or no scheduled hours, balanced by increased availability during peak times. All other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Results-oriented seller.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills ('Care' in communication).
- Ability to charm and captivate an audience with the ability to connect with people at all levels.
- At least 18 years or older.
- Provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
- Flexible work schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds.
- Timely arrival to work.
