About The Position

Sunglass Hut Sales Associates create an authentic, fun, and energetic experience for customers while helping them find premium-quality eyewear. They connect with new and returning customers, identify products that meet their needs, and offer tailored advice and eyewear recommendations based on customers’ lifestyles and preferences. Associates receive hands-on training and collaborate with experienced professionals, teammates, and leaders to deliver service and support a positive store environment. They also help keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing, while fostering an inclusive and respectful experience for customers and colleagues.

Requirements

• Enthusiasm for helping others and creating positive customer experiences.
• Strong communication skills to engage customers and drive sales.
• Comfort using technology to enhance the customer experience and accuracy when processing transactions.
