About The Position
The Vitamin Shoppe is hiring a part-time Health Enthusiast® to support customers and store operations. The role is suited to someone passionate about health and wellness and interested in learning about supplements. Sales Associates engage customers, build product knowledge through continuous learning, help meet sales and productivity goals, and maintain store standards. The position requires schedule flexibility, including holidays and weekends, depending on business needs.
Requirements
- Passion for the health and wellness industry.
- Enthusiasm and ability to engage customers effectively.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of experience and instruction.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays and weekends, and at different locations depending on business needs.
Responsibilities
- Work with integrity.
- Collaborate with a team of Health Enthusiasts and take pride in executing with excellence.
- Achieve and exceed daily sales and productivity goals.
- Build product knowledge by participating in continuous learning activities.
- Maintain the store and follow loss prevention standards.
- Process receipts in a timely manner.
- Keep shelves stocked and products priced appropriately.
- Process customer transactions efficiently.
- Perform additional duties as required.
