About The Position

As a Sales Associate at Madewell, you represent the brand with personal style and passion while bringing welcoming energy to the sales floor. You help customers discover their look and work collaboratively with team members and managers to support business success. The role focuses on creating a seamless customer experience through collaboration, kindness, and inclusivity. This is a seasonal position with an hourly range of $17.00–$19.10.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Passionately support the brand, customers, and teams.
• Stay up to date with current fashion trends and industry developments.
• Demonstrate teamwork, flexibility, and courtesy while carrying out tasks.
• Bring forward new ideas and demonstrate strong problem-solving skills while navigating uncertainty.
• Have scheduling flexibility, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Be able to bend, reach, and stretch for products, and lift, carry, and move at least 40 pounds (18 kilos).

Responsibilities

• Provide a seamless and authentic customer experience that reflects the brand.
• Drive sales while exceeding customer selling and service expectations.
• Assist with operational and product-driven store tasks assigned by the management team, acting in accordance with brand values.
• Share customer feedback and insights with the management team.
