About The Position

ACE Cash Express is hiring energetic, personable, and sales-oriented Sales Associates. The role combines hourly pay with bonus incentives and focuses on helping customers identify appropriate ACE products and services while providing attentive, trustworthy customer service. Associates handle financial services that vary by store, including cash handling, check cashing, lending, bill pay, and card services. Accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with industry regulations and safety guidelines are essential. Sales Associates are expected to work independently, take accountability for overall store performance, and contribute to a collaborative team environment. Travel is primarily local and may involve visiting more than one store in a day when necessary. The position requires working 10–12 hours in a confined work area, subject to state-specific labor laws.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to listen actively, communicate effectively, and empathize with customers.
Ability to understand ACE’s range of financial products and services.
Ability to work 10–12 hours in a confined work area, subject to state-specific labor laws.

Nice To Haves

Two or more years of retail experience.
Spanish proficiency.
