About The Position

The Sales Associate/Beauty Advisor focuses on creating a memorable shopping experience for customers and helping them with their beauty needs, including hair color, cosmetics, skin care, and nails. The role builds customer relationships, inspires loyalty, and provides product recommendations and information about promotions. Product knowledge and training are provided. The position involves maintaining a professional store environment and supporting store sales and merchandising activities.

Requirements

• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally while on a ladder, with or without accommodation.
• The position requires long periods of standing and walking, recurring bending, crouching, stooping, stretching, reaching, or similar activities, and recurring lifting of moderately heavy items such as shipment or record boxes.
• The position involves working around moving parts, carts, or machines and may occasionally include exposure to irritant chemicals.

Responsibilities
