We need a high-energy "gear head" with a solid sales background who can talk specs, fit, and performance with total confidence. If you’re a hardworking team player who actually uses the equipment we sell, you’ll fit right in with our crew.

Requirements

• Sports Savvy: Use your personal passion for baseball and golf to accurately process gear and communicate with customers, acting as a true subject matter expert on the floor.
• Culture Fit: You arrive early (10 minutes is our standard!), bring high energy, and have a genuine desire to help others.
• Skills: Basic math and communication skills are essential for sales and reporting.
• Physicality: This is a "heavy work" role. You should be comfortable standing, walking, and occasionally lifting/moving up to 100 lbs.
• Candidate must be at least 18 years of age.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma (or GED) and 1–3 months of related experience are preferred.
