About The Position

As a Sales Associate at America's Best, you will help deliver an exceptional customer experience while supporting store operations and sales goals. You will assist customers in choosing eyewear based on their lifestyle, prescription, and budget; dispense eyeglasses and contact lenses and provide lens training where permitted by state law; and educate customers about eyewear and contact lens care. You will also maintain customer and patient records, communicate order status, answer phone calls, keep the store clean and organized, maintain visual merchandising standards, and support inventory control and loss prevention. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced work environment.

Nice To Haves

At least 1 year of retail or customer service experience is preferred.
