About The Position

The Sales Associate provides an authentic, energetic customer experience at Sunglass Hut and helps customers find premium-quality eyewear. The role focuses on meeting sales targets, building customer relationships, recommending eyewear suited to customers’ lifestyles and preferences, and contributing to a welcoming, inclusive store environment. Associates receive hands-on training and collaborate with colleagues and leadership to deliver excellent service and maintain an organized, visually appealing store.

Requirements

• Communication skills to engage customers and support sales in a dynamic environment.
• Comfort using technology to enhance the customer experience and accurately process transactions.
