As a Part-Time Sales Associate at cabi Outlet, you'll be the friendly face that turns a quick stop into someone's new favorite find. You'll help clients discover pieces that make them feel confident and put-together, keep the sales floor looking its best, and be part of a team that genuinely enjoys working together. Requirements
- A people-person with strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
- Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can juggle multiple tasks
- A team player with a strong work ethic and a great attitude
- Comfortable picking up basic computer and retail systems
- Flexibility to work some nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand, move around the store, and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs

- Retail or customer service experience is a plus, but not required — we'll teach you the rest
Responsibilities
- Bring energy and warmth to every customer interaction, offering styling advice and personalized recommendations
- Build genuine relationships with clients so they keep coming back
- Get to know the product inside and out — you'll be the go-to for styling tips and fit advice
- Help the store run smoothly: processing shipments, restocking, merchandising, and keeping things neat and welcoming
- Jump in wherever the team needs you, on the floor or in the back
- Bring a positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to pitch in
Benefits
- Pay: $15–$17/hour, based on experience
