Opened in 1954 and designed by Morris Lapidus, it was the most luxurious hotel on Miami Beach, and is thought to be the most significant building of Lapidus' career. We are looking for a result-driven retail sales associate to be responsible for all aspects of the sales, from generating leads to closing sales, who engages with customers providing a great sales experience.

Requirements

  • High school degree or equivalent.
  • Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Computer and Math basic skills.
  • Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A friendly energetic personality with customer service focus.
  • Ability to perform under pressure and address complaints in a timely manner.
  • Availability to work flexible shifts.
  • Demonstrate sales and customer service results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Impeccable sales service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through.

Responsibilities

  • Provide a high customer service level through engagement, uncovering needs and making product recommendations.
  • Assess customer needs and provide assistance and information on product features.
  • Follow and achieve department’s goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.
  • Support daily shop presentation, ensuring merchandise is properly filled in and brand presentation standards are upheld.
  • Manage back stock to make sure floor is filled in and stock room is in order; communicate regularly regarding maintaining stock levels.
  • Incorporate product knowledge in the sales process with the result of maximizing sales.
  • Process POS (Point of Sale) purchases.
  • Cross sell products.
  • Handle returns of merchandise.
  • Clean designated store areas such as, dusting, sweeping, vacuuming
  • Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service.
  • Build productive trust relationships with customers.
  • Understand and comply with inventory control procedures.
