Sales Associate – RV Dealership Earn $50,000–$85,000+ annually with uncapped commission selling in one of the fastest-growing lifestyle industries in the country. Requirements
- Strong communication and people skills
- Positive attitude and competitive mindset
- Ability to stay organized and follow a sales process
- Willingness to work weekends (peak earning time)
Nice To Haves
- Experience in retail, customer service, or sales is a plus—but not required
Responsibilities
- Own every aspect of the sales process (from new client prospecting to vehicle delivery)
- Present and demonstrate RV inventory in a professional, engaging way
- Follow up with leads using our CRM system
- Build relationships to generate repeat and referral business
- Stay up to date on inventory, pricing, and market trends
