About The Position

PHOENIX Retail, LLC operates the Express and Bonobos brands. Express is a multichannel apparel brand offering modern, confident, and effortless styles for work, everyday wear, and special occasions. The Sales Associate joins the Express team at the Outlets Of Bluegrass store and helps provide retail customers with a great in-store shopping experience. The role also includes store tasks such as stocking, cleaning, and folding merchandise. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States; PHOENIX does not sponsor work visas for this position.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 6 months of relevant job experience; 0–2 years of relevant experience stated.
• Proficiency with technology, including iPads and registers.
• Meet defined availability criteria, including nights, weekends, and non-business hours.
• Meet the physical requirements of the position.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to interact with customers.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, particularly with customers, sales leadership, and associates.
• Demonstrated collaboration skills and ability to work well within a team.
• Must be currently authorized to work full-time in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.

• Previous retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, checkout, fitting room, and stock room so the store is safe and inviting to customers.
• Follow company policies and procedures to ensure the safety of associates and customers.
• Assist with product launch changes according to company standard operating procedures.
• Deliver all aspects of the customer experience model.
• Process transactions quickly and accurately to reduce customer wait times.
• Resolve customer service issues positively, determine an appropriate resolution or escalate the issue, and communicate issues and resolutions to Store Management.
• Explain the benefits of credit and loyalty member programs and encourage customers to participate.
• Perform other essential functions as directed by a supervisor.
• Assist with stocking, cleaning, and folding merchandise.
