About The Position

This role involves providing exceptional customer service, acting as the primary point of contact for customers, and offering expert advice on styling, fit, tailoring, and custom products. The ideal candidate will have a natural inclination for exceptional service, always prioritizing the customer and representing the CT Brand with a warm welcome.

Requirements

• Confident Sales Associate who can connect with customers.
• Ability to deliver excellence in customer experience.
• Ability to offer advice on current trends relevant to clientele.
• Interest in menswear is necessary.
• Work authorization to work in person within the United States.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in a similar position is a huge advantage.
• Training is provided to help you understand our brand.
