We are looking for highly motivated and experienced Sales Associates to join our team based in Glendale, CA! Our retail channel is very dynamic and growing quickly, and is central to the development of our company, with direct stores in Italy, the UK, and the US, and planned openings nationwide. It's a great opportunity for an ambitious talent who wants to make a difference in the retail world. As a Sales Associate your role will be to create a unique Italian welcoming environment full of warmth and friendliness to our customers visiting our boutiques. We pride ourselves in sourcing only the best ingredients, producing authentic recipes and presenting a premium product offering to our customers, its therefore paramount that we deliver this with a premium service experience, that’s both high quality and genuine, enabling us to create loyal customers that will want to return time and time again. The Retail Sales Associate will be working on their feet in a fast-paced environment that will require you to slide between duties from selling, refilling store needs, assisting with visual merchandising, processing register transactions, and etc… A key expectation of our team members is to continuously provide excellent customer experiences that will bring joy to their day!

Requirements

Experience in visual merchandising and a critical eye for how things are displayed.
Ability to learn our recipes and take in knowledge of the ingredients and allergens.
Work effectively and efficiently with and without direction.
Demonstrate a ‘growth mindset’, always being proactive.
Punctual, dependable, and able to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Friendly, positive attitude with the ability to create an excellent guest experience.
Manage multiple tasks while maintaining speed, accuracy, and quality.
Ability to lift and carry up to 20-40 lbs. as needed.
Ability to perform repetitive hand, wrist, and arm movements, including scooping and serving products, for extended periods throughout the workday.
Ability to stand for extended periods.
Comfortable working in cooler, freezer, and stockroom environments.
Walk up and down stairs regularly.
Stand, bend and reach for prolonged periods of time.
Working in an environment where common food allergens (peanuts, tree nuts, dairy, eggs, soy, wheat, seafood) are present.
