Requirements
- Friendly, outgoing, and enjoy working with people
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Goal-oriented and driven to succeed
- Coachable and eager to learn
- Comfortable using computers, email, and technology
- Professional with excellent communication skills
- Available to work evenings and Saturdays (we're closed Sundays)
- In possession of a valid U.S. driver's license with an acceptable driving record
Responsibilities
- Building relationships with customers in person, online, and over the phone
- Learning our vehicle lineup and product technology
- Helping customers find the vehicle that best fits their needs
- Demonstrating vehicle features through test drives
- Following up with customers to ensure an exceptional ownership experience
- Generating referrals and repeat business through outstanding customer service
