About The Position

This role is responsible for contributing to Goodwill's mission by providing excellent customer service and driving sales. The Sales Associate is expected to maintain a high level of job knowledge, dependability, service orientation, and teamwork. They should proactively identify and solve problems, act with integrity, and demonstrate patience and strong sales skills. The position involves working in various Goodwill locations, potentially without climate control, and requires physical stamina.

Requirements

  • Proven reliability in meeting attendance expectations.
  • Must be able to continuously perform repetitive work, at a set pace.
  • Must possess strong interpersonal skills with excellent communication skills.
  • Exhibits a high level of integrity and business ethics.
  • Exhibits a high level of adaptability and flexibility.
  • Must be able to lift, carry, push, and pull a minimum of 25 pounds.
  • Must be able to tolerate prolonged standing, walking, reaching, stooping, lifting, pulling, bending, kneeling.

Nice To Haves

  • High school/ GED completion preferred.
  • Bilingual (English and Spanish) a plus.
