About The Position

Requirements

• Previous experience in sales, retail, customer service, account management, or a similar customer-facing role.
• Experience assisting customers and supporting sales activities.
• Ability to meet individual and team performance targets.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team when applicable.
• Reliable internet connection and a suitable setup for remote work.
• Professional, proactive, and customer-oriented attitude.
• English proficiency is required if the position involves working with English-speaking customers.

• Assist customers throughout the sales process, from initial inquiry through purchase.
• Handle customer questions, concerns, and objections professionally.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.

• Maintain accurate customer and sales information in the CRM or other company systems.
• Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
