About The Position

As a Sales Associate at Madewell, you represent the brand through personal style and passion, bringing welcoming energy to the sales floor. You help customers discover their look and work effectively with team members and managers to support business success. The role focuses on delivering a seamless customer experience through collaboration, kindness, and inclusivity. This is a seasonal position with an hourly range of $19.61–$21.75. The base salary may vary based on geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other factors. Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Passionately support the brand, customers, and teams.
• Stay up to date with current fashion trends and industry developments.
• Demonstrate teamwork, flexibility, and courtesy while carrying out tasks.
• Bring forward new ideas and demonstrate strong problem-solving skills while navigating uncertainty.
• Have scheduling flexibility, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Be able to bend, reach, and stretch for products, and lift, carry, and move at least 40 pounds (18 kilograms).

Responsibilities

• Provide a seamless and authentic customer experience that extends the brand.
• Drive sales while exceeding selling and service expectations.
• Assist with operational and product-driven store tasks assigned by the management team, acting in alignment with brand values.
• Share customer feedback and insights with the management team.
