About The Position

Sunglass Hut Sales Associates help customers find premium-quality eyewear by delivering an authentic, energetic, and enjoyable shopping experience. They connect with new and returning customers, learn about their needs, and recommend eyewear that suits their lifestyles and preferences. Associates receive hands-on training and work with colleagues and leaders to provide excellent service, contribute to a supportive team, and maintain a clean, organized, visually appealing store. The role also calls for fostering an inclusive and respectful environment for customers and colleagues.
