About The Position

Pat Lobb’s Toyota of McKinney is seeking motivated individuals with prior retail sales experience to join their team as Toyota Sales Specialists. This is an opportunity to enter the automotive sales industry with a high-volume, family-owned dealership. The dealership provides comprehensive training on their proven sales system and offers a guaranteed paid training period. The role involves working with a large customer base, utilizing a massive Toyota inventory, and being part of a supportive, team-driven environment. The dealership is known for its performance, growth, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Prior retail industry sales experience (required)
• Strong customer service and genuine care for changing customers lives
• Comfortable asking for the sale and handling objections
• Competitive mindset with a desire to earn $70K–$120K+
• Committed to working weekends, evenings and holiday sales events
• Professional in appearance and effective in communication
• Coachable, motivated, with a passion for learning and improving daily
• Clean & Valid Drivers License
• Successfully pass pre-employment screening and drug test
• Ethical and possess integrity of the highest degree
• Driven and motivated to be a part of and contribute to our journey to deliver the Pat Lobb Toyota experience to over a 1,000 satisfied customers every month throughout DFW, Texas and coast to coast!

Responsibilities

• Greet and build rapport with customers
• Identify customer needs using proven fact-finding techniques
• Present vehicles with confidence through walk-arounds and test drives
• Guide customers through the buying process from first contact to delivery
• Use CRM tools to track customers and follow up effectively
• Work with managers to structure and close deals
