Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of previous experience in retail, working with personalized attention and sales objectives.
- Advanced level of English is essential.
- Flexible schedule to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong customer orientation.
- Goal achievement mindset.
- Great motivation to grow and develop their professional career.
Nice To Haves
- Spanish language proficiency is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Creating a connection with customers and offering personalized service to help them find the perfect piece of jewelry.
- Working with KPIs, individual and group goals, and utilizing provided tools to achieve common success.
- Maintaining the store's appearance through opening/closing procedures, cleaning, and visual merchandising.
- Caring for jewelry products, managing stock control, and supporting inventory processes.
