About The Position
Guest Experience Rockstar Greet every guest with a smile and genuine excitement. Stay on top of the action—assist guests, watch the floor, and never let anyone wait at the register. Build strong connections with guests, showing them your favorite products (but keep it diverse!). Be proactive: always ready with a task or helping hand. Learn, grow, and share product knowledge with the team. Be punctual, positive, and a team player. Keep the space clean, stay aware of store projects, and communicate with your teammates. Let's make every guest's visit amazing!
Requirements
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.
- Must be physically able to walk, stand, and stoop for several hours each day.
- Must be able to work at various heights, including floor level, with or without reasonable accommodation.
