About The Position

As a Sales Associate at Soma, you will be the welcoming face of a customer-centered store environment that reflects the brand’s culture of hospitality. You will work with a team to build genuine customer connections, share product knowledge, and provide personalized service. The role also supports store performance through personal goals, merchandising, inventory replenishment, organization, and maintaining brand standards. This is a regular part-time position at Store 5289, Renaissance at Colony Park, Ridgeland, Mississippi.

Requirements

• Passion for the Soma brand, fashion, and empowering confidence.
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Team-player mindset with a high level of ownership and initiative.
• Ability to quickly learn new processes and tools.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Minimum age of 16 in AZ, GA, ID, IL, KS, MS, MO, MT, ND, NV, OK, SD, TX, UT, and VA; minimum age of 18 in all other states.
• Ability to bend, reach, and stretch for products; maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom; operate the register; and lift or carry up to 50 pounds.

• Educate customers about the benefits of brand loyalty programs.

• Assist store leaders with merchandising, inventory replenishment, and store organization.
• Maintain a visually inspiring store environment that reflects brand standards.
• Support a positive work environment through teamwork and collaboration.
