About The Position

As a Sales Associate, you represent the brand with personal style and enthusiasm, bringing welcoming energy to the sales floor. You help customers discover their look and work collaboratively with team members and managers to support business success. The role focuses on creating a seamless customer experience through collaboration, kindness, and inclusivity.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Passionately support the brand, customers, and teams.
• Stay current with fashion trends and industry developments.
• Demonstrate teamwork, flexibility, and courtesy while carrying out tasks.
• Champion new ideas and demonstrate strong problem-solving skills when navigating uncertainty.
• Have scheduling flexibility, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Bend, reach, and stretch for products, and lift, carry, and move at least 40 pounds (18 kilos).

Responsibilities

• Provide a seamless and authentic customer experience that reflects the brand.
• Drive sales while exceeding selling and service expectations.
• Assist with operational and product-driven store tasks assigned by the management team, acting in a manner aligned with brand values.
• Share customer feedback and insights with the management team.
