About The Position

Sunglass Hut Sales Associates provide customers with an authentic, energetic shopping experience and help them find premium-quality eyewear. The role focuses on customer relationships, tailored product recommendations, sales performance, and delivering knowledgeable service. Associates receive hands-on training and work with their team and leadership to support a positive store environment. They also help keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing while fostering an inclusive and respectful atmosphere.
