About The Position

Cotton On is a global fashion and lifestyle retailer with eight brands across 22 countries and 1,500 stores. We are looking for Sales Associates who are passionate about fashion and customer experience. As a Brand Ambassador, you will create memorable and fun experiences for customers, live and breathe Cotton On values, and contribute to making a positive impact on communities worldwide. You will also be responsible for merchandising and replenishing the store to ensure a fresh and inviting shopping environment, and collaborate with your team to achieve goals.

Requirements

Experience in Retail, preferably fast fashion experience
Demonstrated knowledge / ability of collaboration to drive results as a team.
Demonstrated awareness and understanding of basic Retail principles such as sales, stock and service delivery in stores
Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including evening, weekend and holiday shifts
Solid communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast paced, ever changing environment
Must be at least 18 years of age or older to apply
