About The Position
Sunglass Hut Sales Associates provide customers with an engaging and energetic shopping experience while helping them find premium-quality eyewear. Associates connect with customers, build lasting relationships, recommend eyewear suited to customers’ lifestyles and preferences, and contribute to sales goals. The role includes learning through hands-on training, collaborating with teammates and leadership, maintaining a clean and appealing store, and fostering an inclusive and respectful environment. The position is a casual part-time role at Sunglass Hut. Retail or customer-service experience is a plus, while enthusiasm for helping customers and creating positive experiences is emphasized. Compensation is determined by factors including geography, experience, qualifications, skills, and local minimum-wage requirements. A competitive bonus and/or commission plan may also be offered, along with a total rewards package that may include health care, retirement savings, paid time off or vacation, and employee discounts.
Requirements
