About The Position

TOMMY HILFIGER is seeking a passionate Sales Associate to provide a high-quality customer experience and support sales-floor and behind-the-scenes operations while upholding the brand’s standards. The role works under the guidance of the Store Management team. The Sales Associate welcomes and assists customers, promotes the brand and its campaigns and product launches, and supports store operations such as processing new inventory, restocking shelves, and cashiering. The position is part-time and temporary.

Requirements

Friendliness, organization, and excellent time-management skills.
Energy and enthusiasm for the brand’s goals and values.
Ability to walk, stand, bend, reach, and squat for prolonged periods.
Ability to carry up to 20 pounds.

Nice To Haves

Prior retail experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Create warm, helpful customer interactions that encourage sales and build customer affinity for the brand.
Stay informed about campaigns and product launches and promote the brand vision to customers.
Process new inventory and restock shelves.
Operate the cash register.
