About The Position

Match Retail is seeking enthusiastic and dynamic Sales Associates to represent a prestigious luxury brand, Nespresso. If you're passionate about high-end products and thrive in customer-facing roles, this part-time opportunity offers the perfect blend of flexibility, competitive pay, and personal growth. As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of our brand, working independently at a kiosk within a retail location. You will engage with customers, provide personalized product demonstrations, and ultimately inspire them to purchase.

Requirements

A minimum of 6 months of retail sales experience, ideally in a commission-based or goal-driven environment.
Strong understanding of sales and customer service principles; formal sales training is a plus.
Exceptional communication skills and a friendly, outgoing, professional demeanor.
Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working independently.
Self-driven and ability work with minimum supervision.
Ability to stand for the duration of your shift.
Access to a smartphone with internet capability.

Responsibilities

Create an inviting and interactive experience for customers, ensuring they feel valued and informed.
Meet or exceed sales goals while delivering exceptional customer service.
Provide expert knowledge on the luxury products and their features, offering tailored recommendations to suit each customer’s needs.
Accurately record and submit daily sales reports.
Maintain the presentation and cleanliness of the kiosk, including managing inventory.
