About The Position

As a Sales Associate, you represent the J.Crew brand through personal style and passion, bringing welcoming energy to the sales floor. You help customers discover their look and work collaboratively with team members and managers to support business success. The role focuses on delivering a seamless customer experience through collaboration, kindness, and inclusivity. This is a seasonal position.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Passionately support the brand, customers, and teams.
• Stay current with fashion trends and industry developments.
• Demonstrate teamwork, flexibility, and courtesy while completing tasks.
• Bring forward new ideas and demonstrate strong problem-solving skills while navigating uncertainty.
• Have scheduling flexibility, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Be able to bend, reach, and stretch for products, and lift, carry, and move at least 40 pounds (18 kilos).

Responsibilities

• Provide a seamless and authentic customer experience that reflects the brand.
• Drive sales while exceeding customer selling and service expectations.
• Complete operational and product-focused store tasks assigned by the management team in alignment with brand values.
• Share customer feedback and insights with the management team.
