World Market is opening a new store in West Jordan, UT and is looking for dynamic associates to join their team. For over 60 years, World Market has searched the globe for design inspiration, emerging trends, and time-honored handicrafts, to bring customers stylish home décor, quality furniture, thoughtful gifts and one of the largest assortments of international foods, beverages and candy. Requirements

• A can-do attitude and commitment to contributing to a collaborative, open minded, adaptable, honest, and respectful culture.
• Excellent communication & time management skills.
• Ability to initiate a conversation.
• Minimum Age 16 years.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

• Retail experience a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Share passion and knowledge for products and help customers find the perfect item.
• Checkout customers in store and handle buy online pick up in store purchases.
• Maintain merchandising, pricing, signing, and sales floor replenishment standards.
• Participate in processing freight and truck unload as needed.
• Contribute to a safe shopping environment.
