About The Position

America's Best, part of National Vision, is hiring a part-time Sales Associate to deliver an exceptional customer experience while supporting store operations and sales goals. The role involves helping customers choose eyewear suited to their lifestyle, prescription, and budget; dispensing eyeglasses and contact lenses and providing lens training where permitted by state law; and educating customers about eyewear and contact lens care. Other duties include maintaining accurate customer and patient records, communicating order status, answering phone calls, keeping the store clean and organized and merchandised to brand standards, and supporting inventory control and loss prevention. Duties and work practices may vary by location to meet state licensing and credential requirements.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced work environment.

Nice To Haves

One or more years of retail or customer service experience.

Responsibilities
