About The Position

As a Sales Associate, you will be the first face of the Carter’s brand for growing families. You will welcome customers and help them find products for important moments in their parenting journey, from baby essentials to back-to-school needs. Compensation ranges from $12.00 to $14.00 per hour, based on experience and location.

Requirements

• Positive, solutions-oriented mindset.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
• Ability to lift 40 pounds as needed, with frequent bending, stooping, reaching, pushing, and pulling.
• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods and climb up and down a ladder.
• Availability that may include days, nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and assist them with product styles, features, and benefits.
• Proactively resolve customer issues and serve multiple customers in a busy retail environment.
• Assist with omnichannel services as needed to meet customer needs and provide a positive shopping experience.
• Execute and expedite point-of-sale/register transactions.
• Complete floor replenishment and shipment tasks as needed.
• Explain current promotional events and the brand loyalty program, including credit, to customers.
• Help minimize store loss by providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a safe, clean store.
