Requirements

At least 1 year of clothing retail experience.
Superstar organizer who can juggle and complete tasks and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
Sharp eye for visual standards; can keep Brand guidelines front and center.
Clear, upbeat communicator with customers, managers, and teammates.
Positive, inclusive team player who takes initiative.
Tech-savvy and comfortable on the POS.
Flexible schedule, including evenings/nights, weekends, and holidays.
Able to move around the floor and stockroom, lift up to 50 lbs., and stock merchandise with/without accommodation.

Nice To Haves

Energetic, results-driven experience in visual merchandising, stockroom management, shipment processing, and clothing retail sales experience.
Fashion-forward retail experience with a passion for style and a knack for organization.
A customer-centric selling approach.
Demonstrate the ability to perform well in a fast pace environment with a "can-do" attitude.

Show up on schedule; log time accurately; roll with the business’s needs.
Stay abreast of asset protection, shrink prevention, and safety protocols.
